Both of my daughters had poor experiences at Dr. Waters' Steiner Ranch location. As the orthodontist does little of the technical care, his ortho techs are in charge with patient care. Both girls have left the office on multiple occasions in tears due to roughness.think the techs are hurried due to the volume of patients. Literally there is no place to sit in the waiting room over half of the time. Not to mention that the waiting room is very dusty. Out of room-so happy we have new dr
