Worst customer service ever!, front office messes up insurance claims or never files them then sends you HUGE bills with no explanation. then you talk to your insurance and they never got a claim???? Then the office treats you like dirt and is rude like you did something wrong. DR. C is OK and is just as good as the next guy, But I bet the next guy has a smiling front office that is good at what they do, maybe even helpful. I say go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble! ONLY PUT ! STAR CAUSE I HAD TO!

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith\'s since the early 2000\'s and have nothing but the best things to say about him and his entire staff. I feel very fortunate to have found him as his practice is honest, kind, trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend him for any service.
