I went to Orchard Dental Group for a regular teeth cleaning. I had been going there for about 3 years. It was taking a really long time (4 hours) to wait for a teeth cleaning that I had an appointment for. I could hear Tuchklaper with other patients saying, \'You need a crown and we can do that for you today.\' By the time Tuchklaper got to me, he said I needed scaling at an additional cost. I said I\'ll pass for today and I just want a normal teeth cleaning. HE THEN SAID THAT I COULDN\'T GET A REGULAR TEETH CLEANING IF I DIDN\'T PAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL SCALING!!! I was literally in shock. I had to argue with him for 5 minutes until he \"allowed\" me to have a teeth cleaning. This dentist is so unethical and deplorable. Needless to say, I will never go back.
