Just wanted to thank Dr. Redford for hiring Alexandra Willaeys. She is a dental coach! Quite knowledgeable about preventive maintenance. I realize this second part is not always appreciated by some, but I love seeing a young person with a pleasant personality. Last year I had a very unpleasant experience with my former primary health care physician. And I realize that academics in any field, can not mold excellent skills with outstanding personalities. But once in a while, we all get lucky! And feel we need to point this out when it presents it\'s self. So, thank you Mr. Redford for having such a gem, on your staff. Ernie Alvarez
