3I have been a loyal patient for over a year, never missed an appointment as I have been going monthly to try and realign my jaw with a deprogrammer. Unfortunately today I had a cleaning scheduled for 6pm and had an emergency come up and called to reschedule Hannah, proceeded to tell me they will charge me $50 for having to reschedule. Needless to say, I cancelled and am going elsewhere. I get it, for habitual \"no show\" or rescheduled appointment, yes charge them. But for someone whom is on time
