I hate I started my son here. Now I'm stuck! My son had 5 broken brackets. $20 a pop! Even though Medicaid is covering it at 100%. I wasn't working, so unfortunately getting his braces fixed was not in the budget. So months later, when I'm back on my feet, I call to make an appointment. Dr. Clower is charging me a $120 record fee. I didn't understand. But since it had been a few months since he'd been seen, their office charges a \"record fee\" for their own records. So me getting laid off has ultimately cost me my son's smile. No other will see him until this office takes the braces.
