1It\'s nice to have this opportunity to say what I think about Dr. Jack. I went to him years ago.I had a cavity he was working on it, he hit the nerve which shot a terrible pain up the left side of my face. He seemed to get mad about it told me I needed a root canal & basically walked out of the room very quickly. I asked his assistant if she could get him so I could ask him a question. She tried and he said to deal with it up front. It made me feel like I did something wrong. It was bad.

2Looking for a new dentist for my family. My dental provider referred me to this place. I looked them up on the web, the reviews looked good, and the place seemed really nice. The main picture of their website, of a family, made me think this might be the place. I stopped in to ask questions and quickly changed my mind. As I walked in, I was some-what greeted by the receptionist who seemed to be really busy looking through some magazine or catalog. I explained that I was dropping in to ask some questions as my family and I are looking for a new dentist. My experience went down hill from there. The receptionist rudely answered my questions all the while barely taking her eyes off of the magazine/catalog she was looking at and turning pages on. Needless to say, I walked away unhappy and never returning.
