I am very picky about dentists and have switched a few times. Dr. Pav is the best, so I won't be switching again. He is skillful and works to solve problems for the benefit of his patients. He doesn't recommend procedures that are not warranted. Additionally, I like the \"vibe\" of the office. The staff is professional yet welcoming; they work as a team; and there is very little turnover, which indicates a happy workplace.
