2Couldn't ask for a better Dentist or hygienist, but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Insurance claims submitted with incorrect codes no less that five times, cannot get patients last names correct and then they send and call in scripts under the wrong name and phone number prompting calls from the pharmacy because something seems to be incorrect in regards to the script. Why did we not check under both correct and the incorrect last name? That is dangerous! WOW
