I can't say enough good things about this office!! Everyone there is very nice. They explain every procedure and how much it will cost throughly. I love that you have everything done in the same office and they all work together so you get the best treatment possible. I have had my teeth cleaned, a root canal, braces and will be having extractions and implants with them. They are very accommodating with your schedule and go above and beyond to give you the best care!!.

My mid-life career switch landed me in the Southside of Jacksonville, a little further away than I'd like to travel from my past dentist. I knew I preferred a female dentist. They seem to be much more gentle and less judgmental when I confess to not flossing every day. I became a new patient about a week ago now and have no complaints. I was given a gift bag with lots of toothpaste and FLOSS Lol (now I can't use the I ran out excuse anymore)..

Greenberg Dental and Orthodontics

I have been going to this dentist office since 2005, even my kids got their teeth fixed here, but I refuse to go back. The secretaries (one in particular) was nothing but rude basically yelling at me for no reason that is not how patients are to be treated. I found it very disrespectful and i cant even explain i have never in my life ever been spoken too in that tone. It is not a bad place the doctors are very nice yes it is $$$$$ but I went there for the doctors but now i cant ever go back again!!! p.s--> if you are having a bad day do not pay it with your patients at the end of the day you will be the one losing a lot money!! Greenberg Dental and Orthodontics

Do not get orthodontic work done here. The hygienists do not know what they are doing or at the least do not care whether they do a good job or not. The lack of knowledge and communication among the office staff is very unprofessional..

Greenberg Dental and Orthodontics

Not sure what dentist you all go to (unless you either work there or are being paid to put these posts on here), but Greenberg is a TOTAL SCAM. I am actually in process of seeking legal council. A few years ago I needed two root canals and crowns. Justin Katsur did the work. Naturally not knowing much about dental work quality I trusted him to do a good job because it seemed like the staff and environment there made him out to be this perfectionist. Justin Katsur is far from this. Don't be mislead by the potential fake posts on this website. Less than a year after the surgery I started feeling discomfort in one of my root canals. I thought little of of because I figured it was still the glue or nerves since Justin Katsur informed me that I would feel some sensitivity for six months or so. Approx. a year after the surgery I went to have an ortho consultation. The ortho informed me that my root canal was infected. I was told I had to have this fixed forst before getting braces. I spoke with the office manager and was fed some B.S about how Greenberg is not responsible for infections from a root canal and how I would have to pay for a retreat. For those of you who do not know, a retreat is almost just as expensive as a root canal. The first procedure cost me a couple thousand dollars or so. Luckily my insurance helped out a little with the costs. I remember paying approx. $1,500 ish out of my pocket. I explained to the manager that I did not have that kind of money. I explained how I only worked part-time and was a full-time college student. I told Christina, the manager I could not afford to pay for a retreat. Christina left and went to speak with Justin Katsur to see what she could do for me. She came back and said that Justin Katsur said he would do the retreat for $500. I gasped. 1st thing, I can't believe our government allows a profession like this to charge so see and then so low for a service. 2nd, $500 is still a lot of money. I have had to deal with my gums infected and with me in pair for about two years now trying to save money for this retreat. Why would this not be considered warranty work? Now that I finally have the money I called to schedule an appointment. I was made an appointment for 8am Friday. I take the day off work to go in and when I'm approx. 15 minutes from the office I'm called by Greenberg to cancel the appointment. I am told that Justin Katsur had a fall and would not be able to make it in. I was told that I would receive a call back before the end of the day to reschedule. I never got a call. Monday came around and I waited till 3:30pm and still received no call back. I called them at 3:30 to ask why I wasn't called back and my concern was just ignored. All they did was schedule me for another appointment. This will be the very last time I go to this place. STAY AWAY from Greenberg Dental and Justin Katsur. It's when you go to a mechanic to get your car fixed and then another problem develops so they can steal more money out of your pocket. Im only going back to Greenberg because its too expensive to go to another dentist for the retreat. It will be the last time I go back. I had been going to Greenberg for about 5 yrs or so prior to the surgery. I started to think different after the problems with my root canal. I started to think it was probably only because they had only done checkups and cleanings for me. When it came to Greenberg doing more detailed dental work they failed. I had 3 different opinions about my root canal and have been told by every dentist that my gums are infected, and the dentist who did my root canal should have considered the retreat warranty work if I needed rework within 2 yrs at the most.
