Rueben Durst

This doctor is a very nice man but a horrible dentist and business man. I have had more than 6 appointments canceled the day of with no justifiable reason. I recently had a root canal done which I found out by another dentist has failed because the Mike Durst failed to seal off the canals and the tooth is now reinfected. He left gutta percha in the crown of my tooth and still has $1400 that my insurance company paid him and now there office number is disconnected and I'm forced to pay in full for a tooth that was paid for already. I have been very patient with this office but this is the final straw! Iv been a patient of Mikes for several years and I understand he has personal issues but my oral health is failing and he is not here to fix the damage he's caused. I was forced to speak with an attorney after this last episode. I am highly disappointed and pissed!-C Cooley
