15Dr. Zagarra himself is great but his staff in the front desk are very rude, specifically Paola. She wanted to charge me for me calling in about my son\'s appointment to reschedule because she said according to my contract I have to give them 48 hours notice, which I tried calling and their answering service always picks up. I left several messages with the answering service. Paola was very unprofessional and did not allow me to speak to anyone else.
