They use to be good not any more . Fraud billing , they bill for services which they never provide you and even after calling 3 times they never resubmit the correct bill to delta dental . I end up submit fraud claim form after waiting for 3 months . They bill to my delta dental 3 kinds of x-rays which they never perform and after asking them to send me details of services they send me detail with hand written in front of services in error . If it's an error why you are waiting for 3 months, even after calling 3 time on each month . What a shame !!!!
