1During a cleaning, my crown was damaged. Prior to the cleaning, the crown was fine. The damage required the crown replaced. The hygienist acknowledged the damage occurring during the cleaning. Dr. Michaels expected me to pay for the replacement, despite not being in any way responsible for the damage. While I expected him to fix the damage he caused without charge, he was not receptive to even a discounted rate. I don't see why I should pay $1800 for damage that his practice caused to me.
