I was very displease with the service I received in this office. I do need a lot of dental work done, but the office called me 3 times and rescheduled my appointment.. My second was a deep cleaning appointment was for April 2, 2015. The office called and rescheduled for the 9th of April. They canceled that one. And sit up the next one for April 18,2015 , which was a Saturday. I arrived and Dr Fuller came to the door, and informed me that the office was closed. I told her it was sit up and she told me that she had no appointment for that day, (not in a very nice tone either). . Since then my former insurance cancelled due to change of job and my new insurance start in July. I lost benefits that could have been used waiting on this office. So very unprofessional.
How Patients FeelNEGATIVE
I had toothache and went to Coast Dental Perimeter location. She saw me right away. once she found the issue she was very thorough in explaining my options and possible complications. Once she started the clean up procedure for the root canal she realized the decay was bigger then originally expected and quickly informed me and recommended a new course of action. I was not charged for the clean up procedure even though it was done just not needed since the tooth will removed.
