1Very unprofessional. Cancelled May appointment and rescheduled. Waited 65 minutes past scheduled appointment before having to leave. Three other patients that showed after scheduled appointment were seen. No explanation for this blatant disregard for a patient. Think because we are military we are treated with substandard/no standard care.

1The front desk staff is very courteous. The waiting time is really minimal, around 10 minutes. The Dr is caring and explain her findings in a simple manner so that one may understand. Her explanations comes with recommendations and she is also open to your opinion and feelings about the recommended procedures. I most definitely will be referring clients to her.
