Dr. Harris-Echols is sweet. Given 1 star because of the horrible customer service from front desk. The lady is EXTREMELY RUDE and inconsiderate. I put up with it for a while and stopped going there because of it. We are paying for a service and I expect GREAT customer service!

Wow! Dr. Olson and his staff were truly fantastic! Yes, they are great at what they do and have all the tools by which to do a good job. I expect that from any medical/dental professional. But what truly stands out and is unique to Dr. Olson\'s office is the simple fact they believe in customer service. Dr. Olsons team, Mimi, Kris and Ashley all went far above and beyond expectations. Dr. Olson and his team care deeply for the comfort and security of his patients. Thank you all!
