How Patients Feel
NEGATIVEPatient Reviews
2I visited this clinic a few years ago and noticed the lack of reviews. I am on Google looking for pain management and Nexus was the top rated so I am fiercely compelled to share my so \"not top rated\" experience. First of all, it took an unacceptable amount of time for them to obtain my referral records and then postponed my scheduled appointment another two weeks when I arrived (you couldn't at least call?). $390 later and after explaining my situation to three nurses and finally to Dr. Chang, apparently it fell on deaf ears because I was given vicodin. A useless prescription, because I'd been extremely adamant about my severe aversion to NSAID's. Furthermore the dosage was so minuscule, that it was basically like 10% of what my previous doctor had prescribed. Finally, he says I might be able to make it more next time if this doesn't work for you, adding insult to injury. So I'm supposed to reward you with ( another $400) continued business for this abysmal service? The entire healthcare field has been on the decline ever since.
