12All of the dentists and dental hygienists I have worked with have been wonderful! Thank you for taking such good care of my teeth this year. Unfortunately, I have had problems with the administration since becoming a new patient about 6 months ago. As a new patient, I was never given instructions on where the office was located, where to park, or what floor to go to for my first appointment. I was treated rudely and patronized on the phone when I called them to inquire. My insurance information has been incorrect since the beginning, and I have been contacted via phone 4+ times over the past 6 months to fix it. This most recent contact, I requested to be contacted via email instead, and I never received contact. It took way too many contacts in order to get this administrative issue fixed, and there were no issues with my insurance card; it was a simple mistake capturing the correct information all 4 times. I have lost all of my patience with this office and I will likely not be returning.
