8It's disappointing to see that many others (here and Yelp) have had similar experiences as me. The staff as far as their personality was fine (probably for their salesmen tactics), but I really wish I'd gotten a second opinion before I paid nearly $1000 out of pocket for their deep cleanings and whatever else. It started last summer with me going in for a routine cleaning (I'd previously gone to a different dentist in Alpharetta but switched locations because this was more convenient to my job). During that consultation, it was highly implied that I had gum disease (which later changed in subsequent appointments to just being \"at risk\" for gum disease), among other things, so I should strongly consider the deep cleaning treatment. My experiences were downright manipulative and exploitative. I finally said enough is enough back in April 2018 when I discovered that I'd been overcharged (well I had a $30 credit). Overall, I'm sure what they do is \"legal\" but it just doesn't seem very ethical to me.
