My root canal was a horrific experience. Terrible bedside manner, very cold & arrogant. She became defensive for no reason whenever I asked simple questions regarding the procedure. As for the root canal, it was very painful and she was extremely rough. I let her know multiple times that I was in pain and she continued to work. The icing on the cake was when I went back to my regular dentist, he told me that it was the worst root canal he\'d ever seen and that my tooth needed to be pulled.
