I just called to make an appointment with Dr. Greissinger and received the rudest customer service from Tasha Bigger at the front desk. I asked a simple question and in return was spoken down to like a child and with a lot of attitude. I will not be taking my business here. I wish companies would realize how important that initial call is for their clients as we are already dealing with issues and expect compassion and understanding. I could not imagine having to deal with this lack of respect every time I had to go in for an appointment.

The customer service here was the worse I've ever experienced. I wanted to know how much I would have to pay to get the procedures the dentist suggested. The lady at the front desk promises someone will call me with the info. No one did. I called, and was told the woman who handles insurance would call me back. She never did. I called again, and was again told the woman would call me. She never did. I left a frustrated voice mail. No one ever called. Even my letter to the dentist was ignored!
