7Multiple emails and reminder texts had conflicting appointment times. We waited over an hour from our \"revised\" appointment time that showed up via email/text 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. We actually waited an hour and a half from the original appointment time which had been scheduled 4 months in advance. Some of the office staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They will not schedule 6 months out, only 4 months out. Not sure why, since most insurance covers every 6 months. The dentist is fine, the office staff not so much. Avoid the hassle if your insurance covers someone close to you.

1Don\'t go to Dr. Maloney if you are planning on them to bill your insurance. They will not. Payment required with service.
