How Patients FeelNEGATIVE
Receptionist was not very understanding... quite rude actually. I made my appointment and less than 24 hours I called to reschedule .. not cancel .. just reschedule .. and she charged me a rescheduling fee. I called an hour before hand because something important came up that I could not miss. It's not like they were going to lose money by me rescheduling .. I wasn't canceling on them.. so they were going to get their money regardless so why be completely rude on the phone AND also charge me a fee of $25 just for trying to reschedule due to important things I had to handle. I will never go back there and I will. It be paying that feee either way!
