The "takeover" of Epps Family Dentistry to Alexander Dentistry was extremely disappointing. Dr. Alexander is the complete opposite of Dr. Powell and the staff is also quite the opposite. Unprofessional and almost rude. Our family of four will be switching to a recommended dentist in Watkinsville.*and no apology from them after paying our last bill and telling them we would like to switch to a different dentist. Instead of providing a service to customers, they act like they are doing you a favor.
