9My issue is not with the service it with the accounting staff . The current staff can not quote correctly an do not share that some of the procedures ( not needed for the procedure ) may not be paid by the insurance company . Then re billing after the insurance denies the charges . I did not receive a bill in the mail , only a pay now phone call . Unfortunately I do not give information over the phone . I never did receive a bill , only a notification from a collections agent . I will change Dr.
