I went to Dr. Canter to see if I was the right candidate for Invisalign. After my initial consultation, she determined that it would be a good fit for me. From day one she was always very open about my options and communicated effectively. She’s very knowledgeable about the full end to end process and kept me updated on my progress. She was also extremely flexible by allowing me to come in the evening after work and holding appointments on various weekends each month, which was a huge advantage for my busy work schedule. Another thing that I really appreciated about Dr. Canter was the payment schedule. Once we determined what the cost of Invisalign would be, we worked with my insurance company to see what they would cover and then she worked with me to come up with a payment plan. She allowed me to make the payments in installments that were spread out over the life of the treatment. This made it very convenient because I didn’t have to pay all of it up front. Overall, the 18 month process was a very positive experience and I’m extremely happy with the results. She continues to stay in contact, even after the treatment ended and all payments were made, to ensure that there have been no unexpected shifts.
