Booked an appointment, took time off work, showed up for the appointment, found that the clinic was closed. When I called and asked, they said they had to close and I should have received a call. Guess what, I never did. I was a new patient. Never going back again!.
Although I like the quality of work, find the pushy nature of procedures leads to doubts about appropriate next steps. Need to do a better job listening to patients concerns rather than a cookie cutter agenda of procedures..
Extremely pushy and sales-ey to the point that you don't know what you really need. I've always had healthy teeth and gums, without one cavity, and they convinced me I needed to return every three to four months for the first year with them, which my insurance would not cover. I have a retainer from when my braces were removed, which I use as a grind guard, yet they relentlessly harassed me via excessive phone calls to pay for an overpriced expensive replacement. I could go on and on..
I had cleanings at this office. The hygienist was very rough and overbearing. She did what she wanted and didn't care what I wanted. The dentist....
Dr Rosenthal is a wonderful dentist and a warm person. He has a terrific staff and i would highly recommend his practice.....
