I am new to the Ashland. After interviews with other dentist, my family choose Dr White. I found Dr White to be professional, knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. His staff and office are very competent, which reflects well on his practice..
Thank you Dr. White and amazing staff. My 14yr daughter had her first cavity and needed a filling. My daughter has an extreme fear of needles so when I heard during her cleaning she had a cavity I thought great I'm going to have to hear about this for 3 weeks till she gets it done. Dr. White must of heard me speaking with Erin their office manager about her fear. Dr. White graciously piped in and said "let's do it now so Emily doesn't have to stress about this". Dr. White you are the BOMB!!.
I saw Dr. White several times while I was living in the Medford Ashland area. He really cares and he is very good at what he does. He even found a way to squeeze me in last minute when I had an emergency and was moving out of the area..

DR. FRANK & HIS ASSISTANT KELLY ARE AS GOOD AS IT GETS & DR. UFFENS IS FANTASTIC AS WELL, HOWEVER HIS ASSISTANT IS EXTREMELY RUDE & ARGUMENTATIVE. SHE ACTS LIKE A KNOW IT ALL & ARGUES WITH YOU. THIS NOT ONLY HAPPENED TO ME BUT ALSO TO MY DAUGHTER. MY DAUGHTER MENTIONED THAT DR. UFFENS IS REALLY EXPERIENCED & VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH BUT HIS ASSISTANT WAS HORRIBLE. LATER WHEN I HAD HIM DO SOME WORK ON ME I HAD THE SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE WITH HIS ASSISTANT. SHE IS BAD FOR PREMIER DENTAL. I LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE BUT SHE HAS TO GO!!!.
Dr. Uffens is great...and great follow through from His staff!.
