The wait is too long, the building is old and small, you can hear the staff talking and laughing about other patients teeth, they bill your insurance things that haven’t even been performed, they will call and reschedule your appt last minute, and if you have to reschedule for whatever reason you may not be seen for 2-5 months out, but yes they put you on an on-call sheet. I will not give back, and I would not take my children to see him. I do not suggest anyone to ever go to his office..
First-time visit he was outstanding he took the time to explain everything to me when it came down to the procedure I felt no pain he did everything to make sure that I felt no pain I cannot say enough about his staff or the minute you walk in they are so friendly to you and make you feel comfortable.
Took my 4 year old in. No X-rays. One of his fillings popped out. Another became abscess and I had to take him to albany to get it all fixed. The abscessed tooth ended up having to be pulled..
He's great! Great at shots and he makes sure you feel no pain. Layed back and in no rush to get you out. Great atmosphere. Makes you comfortable.
Dr. Dent was extremely professional, courteous and friendly, I have found my dentist I won't be going to another, he is hands down the best!!! I drove to his office from Albany Ga because he was highly recommended and although the drive was long it was worth it. His staff was kind and my wait was not long before I was seen. Going to the dentist is already a nerve racking experience so to be treated so kind was a treat in comparison to other offices I have visited..
