this guy is very disrespectful and completely unhelpful. i would highly recommend going to anybody else possible. same thing about his nurse/assistant. my appointment with them was worse than a waste of time. the sutter amador county emergency room is way nicer people wise and theyre way more helpful. dr joo and his helper act like fake probation officers. very rude. they totally suck. please believe it.

After relocating from the Bay Area, I searched long and hard to find a dentist that I felt had a \"gift\" at their trade. Clearly Dr. Pollack and her team not only understand the value of customer service, they are professional and great at their job! Dr. Pollack and her staff are amazing! I would recommend this office to all my friends and family! ??
