New Era Dental

I have gone to the dentist every 6 mos forever. I was 60 years in age. For the last 8 years I flossed my teeth and brush daily. Niemi told me I needed to have one of my bottom wisdom teeth pulled. He showed my the tooth using a mirror; it was nothing but a brown nub He told me that the tooth decayed in 6 months because I used breath mints. Oral surgeon told no decay like that in 6 mos. After changing dentists, cap fell off that Niemi on in 2012. New DDS said tooth was not prepped correctly

Great Dentist when he is there! Promised to be seen by Dr. Niemi. Waited a month to fix a broken crown he created. Would not warranty...less than five years! But got in the chair and told he was out of town......2nd time this happened. They baited and switched their Dentist for the last time. Too many \"other\" dentist's with poor results that I have to live with for a lifetime. Dentist's are not GOD...it is about customer service!
