I'm very surprised to see such negative reviews! Dr. Moss is the best dentist that I have ever had! He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explains each tool, procedure, and x-ray image in a way that is unintimidating and easy to comprehend (i.e. no medical jargon), which, for me, demonstrates his compassion and overall sensitivity to his patients' fears (dentist appointments can be scary!). The receptionists and other supporting staff members are friendly, efficient, and often hilarious. The office is also decorated with fun music posters. I highly recommend this establishment!!!
