2As a new patient, I was very disappointed! Would not listen to patient - his way or else. Excessive work that insurance refused to pay (18+ x-rays). Replaced a crown that did not need it saying there was a cavity under it. Insurance denied claim saying it was replaced 2 years ago. Upon calling my old dentist, was told no cavity, just a large filling. Needless to say the claim was denied. Tried to talk to dentist, but was told he was busy. Called the office manager & was assured she would look into it and call me back. That was a week ago and no returned call. Treat me wrong - shame on you. Treat me wrong twice - shame on me. Still looking for a good dentist.
