She is a wonderful caring Dentis'. One excellent memory is of her coming to her office when it was closed on Christmas Eve and cementing in a front crown for me. She has a great beside side manner and her staff does also with all of my family now!.. Thankyou Doctor you are the best!.
Dr. Gramson is my dentist of choice. She is highly skilled, competent and caring. The work she has done on my teeth has been without any problems, each time. A practitioner that can be trusted for their skill and caring is valuable these days..

very gentle dentist in Arlington I have been very happy with the way Dr. Dykstra has treated my family. He was been gentle with us. I have on child who just fears the dentist, even with gas. Dr. Dykstra finally suggested a pediatric dentist. It takes a lot of integrity to refer a patient away when you theoretically could provide the care. He keeps a drawer filled with Oriental Trading type toys for the kids to pick up at the end of the visit. The office staff is also very nice. In t he waiting room they have a small television with vcr (kids movies) and lots of magazines to look through..
Gentle Dentist Dr. Dykstra is a great dentist. When you first see him, especially for kids, you may be intimidated because he is a bear of a man. But his kind manner and gentleness will soon reasure you that you are in good hands. I have been very pleased with the dental work my kids have received. He's even humble enough that when my young son was just too scared to get a filling, he referred us to a pediatric dentist rather than press on. The office staff is friendly. The waiting room is stocked with a tv/vcr, lots of magazines, and a small table for kids to sit at and color. Each kid gets a treat from the prize drawer after a dental visit. I recommend Dr. Dykstra for anyone wanting a gentle dentist..
The Recep. Should Be Reported. Horrible Experience/Service. Misled Dreadful, misleading experience that was. Incompetent receptionist led to all manner of problems. She told me to come in then dismissed me. The receptionist ignored my request they return medical info that wasn't theirs to keep. Awful, awful experience. If you're in pain and need help, don't go there. $$ comes ahead of patient concern or well being.
