I've been a patient for over 5 years and have always been treated well by all of the staff. I've had quite a bit of work done such as fillings, root canals, and crown placements. The results have always been great and I plan to keep using this practice in the future unless I move completely out of the Northern VA area. Everyone is great! One thing that could possibly use improvement is that in my particular case, the estimates provided prior to the work being done/the amount you initially pay for the work are typically 25%-50% lower than what the insurance company will actually cover, and it's typical for me to receive additional bills after initially paying for the work. However, this could be attributed to my insurance company (Delta) and not necessarily the practice.
