57After neglecting the dentist for 10+ years, I finally decided to go since one of my teeth was starting to bother me. I went online to try and find a trustworthy dentist that was in my network (Cigna). I ended up settling here after a friend recommended it to me and it was a great experience. Once I made my appointment and came in, it was a smooth and easy process. They have come a long way in 10 years when it comes to technology. They even had a TV facing the floor for when you are in the patient chair. They started with x-rays of my teeth. If I didn't gag so much from my gag reflex, everything would've been done easier. The hygienist, Holly, was really caring and forgiving of me making her job harder. Once we finished x-rays, she gave my teeth a thorough cleaning and was able to answer all of my questions. Once Dr. Sater came in, he told me what I had wrong with my teeth and what needed to be done to fix them. He recommended that I see a specialist that comes into their office and does root canals for them. Dr. Sater was very personable and knew his stuff. He was very knowledgeable about the condition of my teeth and what I needed to do to fix them. After getting all of my information from the Dr., I saw the office manager, Jenn who was very helpful and informative. She was able to give me a breakdown of what my cost was going to be on all my future visits. She was also able to recommend other doctors in the area for other treatments that I may need in the future. I'll be sticking with them for awhile.
