I have been going to Dr. Pirky for 30 years. I live in Dallas now and still drive to Arlington to see him. He is conservative (he doesn't suggest you do work that isn't needed), honest, and very good. I have a lot of dental issues and he is the only dentist that seems to understand and care. I've tried to find a comparable dentist in Dallas, and I just don't seem to be able to. As long as he is practicing, I'll drive the 30 to 45 minutes to see him.
