Dr Edgren is a leader in the Orthodontic community. I used to think braces were done solely for cosmetic reasons, not after visiting Dr. Edgren. At his office they are doing so much more than making teeth straight. It\'s about achieving healthy, functional occlusion.

When Dr.Smith was in charge of the office, the experience was amazing. He was nice, the nurses were nice, and the staff upfront were nice! My kids always loved going and it really was a nice experience. However, when he had a retired, a new lady had become the dentist. She was nice, so we decided to try her again for a second appointment. However, when we called in to make the appointment, the lady who answered was VERY RUDE. She had a huge attitude problem and that was unfortunate. To see a 5 star office go down to a 1 star review because of a simple staff lady upsets me. But I would never step foot into that office again after how I was treated over the phone. It's unfortunate that she was even hired.
