Dr. Kress does great crowns but don\'t let him do a root canal on you. He did a root canal and I complained about no going pain. Time after time, he would take an x-ray and tell me there was nothing wrong. I finally went to another dentist and was told that an incomplete root canal was done. When I asked Dr. Kress about it he said it wasn\'t his fault and there was nothing he could do about it. So, now I have to have another root canal and possibly a new crown and my insurance wont pay for it. I held off paying $300 for other work that Dr. Kress did because of the root canal. He turned me over to a collection agency. What a guy!
