1Great dentist(or so I thought)....poor office staff. Just received a claim that was not pre-authorized as requested form 08/2012...they just now sent it to collections and I thought Sandy (who has retired) had taken care of the situation. To top it off, the filling has never had a correct bite... Beware of their overcharging - as my dental insurance said and I quote "they charge above the reasonable and customary fee." - actually way above. I tried to call and work out a partial payment, since the error was on both sides...Dr. Clark told the office manager...no. Stay away unless you want them to send you to collections 2 years later and NEVER get a call. Very sad that an office has such poor Standard Operating Procedures.
