My grandson was a year old when we first took him to Billings Family Dentistry. When Dr. Terry Billings check him, he immediately advised us that my grandson was tonged tied, which was something the other doctors did not mention.. After my grandson's surgery, we seen improvement RIGHT AWAY. It helped him eat better, pronounce words better, and it even helped him stick his tongue out. I am very pleased with the service we received and continue to receive at the Billings Family Dentistry..
My 7 yo was frightened of the Dentist but Dr Emily and the staff were outstanding comforting her! The facility is gorgeous and clean! The receiptionist both at welcome and departure were exceptional! Dr Terry was amazing patiently explaining concerns and improvements for both children!.
So, I am very bad about flossing, which got me in the seat of this office to get fillings. The stress of the daily flossing or my teeth will fall off made my anxiety worse. I felt like I couldn't live up to that goal. I was ready to get the ear full (like my old dentist office would give me) however, Dr. Billings dental hygienist was so sweet and understanding. She listened to my craziness and planted a small seed in my brain. She said to aim for once a week. That goal and sweet tone has never left me and now I am flossing three days a week!! In addition, Dr. Billings did amazing fillings. Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk in until you walk out. I am so happy I found them. I wish there was a six star option!.
