In summer 2019 I was referred to Dr. Novick for a root canal by my dentist. I had never had one before, but I did have one crown in my mouth from 2012. Instead of doing a root canal on the CORRECT tooth, he did the procedure on my crowned tooth (beside it). Without telling me what happened, he proceeded to then do the procedure on the correct tooth. He didn\'t tell me what had happened until it was all over. He did not charge me any money, but the original tooth in question has never been right. I had pain before the procedure, and I have lived in pain for 3 years, complaining to my own dentist throughout. I now have an abscess that has formed. Dr. Novick\'s office has not returned several voice messages I have left and my dentist has now referred me to a different endodontist.
