At my consultation Dr. Lai asked me to leave him a five star review. I did. After receiving services from him, i later changed the review to 3 stars bc i felt a need to be honest to the public. Im on my second set of veneers, the first ones were horrible and i expressed that when i left the office.. 4 sets of temps later, (after first set of veneers were removed) final delivery of all veneers EXCEPT 1 tooth, it wld take two more visits before that tooth wld be seated, plus a down payment towards a partial. Keep in mind most of these appointments were AFTER the 3 star review on google. I noticed i was blocked from his fb messenger, thats where i wld usually reach out to him to charge my card, which i was attempting to do. I ended up calling the office, and set an appt for nov 18th, about 4 days later after making my appt. I recieved certified mail with a PARTIAL refund,And a letter telling me they were bo longer going to provide services...all bc a 3 star review with no context.
