Anthem Oral Surgery and Implant Center

I had a complication when I had all 4 wisdom teeth out and got a nasty infection. I had a visit to the ER once and also had to go in for a second emergency surgery. I understand there can be challenges and mine was not an "easy" case, but what upset me was the way we were communicated with. Basically I was told I was just super sensitive to pain (keep in mind I have been through tougher surgeries than this and had 3 kids without pain meds and the mouth pain I had was WORSE than all that). Also, after my husband refused to take me home after the second surgery because I was having a bad reaction to the pain (and they said there would be no pain for 4-12 hours), they gave me an injection right then and there on the wound to numb it. Thank goodness that worked, but it was awful. He had to argue with them just to let me sit a minute to recover, and they were overall just very impatient and rude. I dealt with my recovery for almost 6 weeks. I didn't expect this to be easy and perfect, but I run professional firm where we put our clients are put first, and I was very disappointed in the service we received.
