Dental One Associates of Annapolis

Dr. Joseph Brown is the top dentist in the West Chester, Cincinnati and KY area. His team is wonderful as well. His work is perfect (zero pain and zero discomfort) and the whole experience is pleasant. I love seeing Dr. Brown’s dog at the office.

The staff, office and dentist were fine. However, I could not reschedule a cleaning appointment for SIX MONTHS due to an unexpected event causing me to have to cancel the scheduled teeth cleaning. I was supposedly put on a \"we'll call you if we get a cancellation\" list, but was never called. Since I was in a dental HMO, I had no choice but to go without a cleaning for the entire time. So this is a buyer beware situation - know what you are getting yourself into prior to getting irrevocably linked to this office...
