5Had dental work done. My insurance made a payment. And I was told when making an initial payment at the front desk, what I should expect to pay. Then I get a bill that is three times the amount that I was given. I felt mislead and declined to pay. His office reported this to the credit bureau, as I assumed they would. I will now file a counter claim against him in Small Claims Court - given that I was never informed at the time of service that the cost would be so substantial. I assumed that the price I was given at the time was what I owed/ what I was expected to pay for services rendered.
