4I broke a portion of a tooth off and called Dr. Wolpo\'s office the next day. I went in for an appointment and they took x-rays, then submitted for approval a claim with my insurance. Dr. Wolpo\'s opinion was that I needed a crown. My insurance denied the claim 3 weeks later and said they would only cover a filling. Dr. Wolpo\'s team told me that he would not do a filling as it really needed a crown, which I agree with. However, Dr. Wolpo\'s office was not willing to file an appeal with my insurance. Instead they told me to call my insurance. I spoke to someone at my insurance company and they told me that only my dentist could appeal the claim and that it\'s a very common scenario. I called Dr. Wolpo\'s office back and they said they were still unwilling to try and help. I then sent an e-mail asking for my x-rays so I could find a different dentist that would help me. I called and e-mailed a total of 10 times before they finally sent me my x-rays a week later. Would not recommend.

24Horrible treatment. Called just before appointment with my daughters stating an emergency and could not see them together. Totally not caring of my schedule and said if that did not work, they could not see them for 3 months for a regular checkup. Staff members rude and hung up. Don\'t go there- God complex for the doctor. Then said they could no longer see them and left them hanging for a check up.

1I saw Dr. Faisal for an emergency. He located the problem an within 5 minutes of my arrival. The procedure was flawless. Healing was immediate. The unique part of the entire visit was that he and the staff cared. Because of the complexity of the problem, there were 2 follow up calls. Fabulous work, Fabulous Doc and staff!!
