I have been going to this dentist for about 20 years and they are excellent in every way. Service is always prompt; I've never waited longer than 10 min. Michelle sends a postcard to remind me to make my teeth cleaning appointments, every 6 months. I have had my wisdom teeth pulled here (they were all already exposed), fillings, a cap, a bite splint made, and regular cleanings. Everything has been done professionally and with loving tenderness and care. Dr. Jim Herter and his assistant, Michelle, make me feel at home in their office and that we are friends as well. They are always interested in what is going on in my life and listening to anything I want to share. Michelle is the ultimate insurance guru and works hard to make sure the correct portion of the bill is taken care of by the insurance. There have been a few times when I had trouble paying my part of the bill right away and they were willing to work with me on that. Their office is easy to find (corner of W Stadium and Pauline) and has plenty of free parking, any time of day. I would recommend them to anyone, for children, adults. They have many retired folks that come here.
