Dr. Frost and his staff are amazing! No wait time and they are ALL so friendly and nice. Dr. Frost is an excellent dentist. I am very happy with them!

Well my visit was great except for one part. I have amazing insurance and they pay for everything. When I was leaving the lady said that I had a balance and so does other family members. I paid so I could get to work and I would look into it more later. I printed my EOB's and found out that my insurance paid every single penny on all of mine and my family's visit. I called the office and told them. I had to go in after work to show them my statements and get a refund. Basically they do not write off the insurance payments. So I am going to find another Dentist.
